Join GSBA and Jen Carl, PhD, for a free interactive CPR certification training hosted at Seattle Central on Monday, August 10 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. The training will be taught by instructors from the Seattle Fire Department and hosted by Jen Carl, PhD. This hands-on session is designed to help participants build confidence, learn essential life-saving skills, and better understand how to respond during a cardiac emergency.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of CPR, practice key techniques, and complete the training with full Child/Infant & Adult CPR Certification.

What to Expect
  • A free, interactive, hands-on CPR certification training experience
  • Hands-on instruction from certified Seattle Fire Department instructors
  • Opportunities to practice CPR techniques in a supportive environment
  • Greater confidence in responding during a cardiac emergency
