Running: January – October 2026 | Seattle, WA - SEE FULL SYLLABUS

The GSBA LGBTQ+ Leadership Institute is a 10-month, in-person professional development program designed to empower LGBTQ+ leaders with the skills, confidence, and network to create lasting impact. Through monthly sessions held in Seattle, participants will engage with expert instructors, complete an Insights Discovery assessment, and gain practical tools they can apply immediately in their workplaces and communities.

The Institute goes beyond traditional leadership training by centering equity, inclusion, and the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ leaders. Together, participants explore their leadership styles, strengthen their management and financial skills, practice self-care strategies, and learn how to inspire and engage teams for success.

Graduates of the program join a growing alumni network committed to advancing equity in business, community, and civic leadership across Washington State and beyond.
