GSBA LGBTQ+ Leadership Institute

The GSBA LGBTQ+ Leadership Institute is a 10-month, in-person professional development program designed to equip LGBTQ+ and allied leaders with practical skills, greater confidence, and a strong network of peers. Through monthly sessions held in Seattle, participants will learn from expert instructors, complete an Insights Discovery assessment, and develop tools they can put to work immediately in their workplaces and communities.

The Institute centers equity, inclusion, and the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ leaders throughout the program. Participants explore their leadership styles, strengthen management and financial skills, build strategies for sustainable leadership, and learn how to effectively inspire, support, and engage their teams.

Graduates join a growing alumni network of leaders working across business, nonprofit, community, and civic spaces throughout Washington State and beyond.

GSBA's Accessible Sliding Tuition Scale

Tuition is tiered to encourage broad participation and reflect our commitment to equity and access. Please select the tuition amount that aligns with your household income or employer-supported participation.

Payment plans are available. You will receive a separate invoice for tuition after submitting your application.

Tier 1

$3,000

For participants whose employer is a for-profit organization and is covering tuition, or for individuals and households earning over $110,000 annually.

Tier 2

$2,000

For individuals and households earning between $70,000 and $109,999 annually.

Tier 3

$1,000

For individuals and households earning below $70,000 annually.
