For our first conversation\, Ilona sits down with Nat Stratton-Clarke\, long-time owner &\; operator of Café\; Flora\, to discuss the journey behind one of Seattle&rsquo\;s most beloved restaurants. Since opening its doors in 1991\, Café\; Flora has grown from a bold vision into a Seattle institution known for its exceptional food\, welcoming atmosphere\, and deep commitment to community.
