Leading the Conversation
This year&rsquo\;s featured speaker is Fran Dunaway\, co-founder and President of TomboyX.
Fran Dunaway is the co-founder of TomboyX\, the Seattle-based underwear and loungewear brand known for rethinking comfort\, fit\, and inclusion. She launched the company in 2013 with her wife and co-founder\, Naomi Gonzalez\, and helped grow it from a passion project into a nationally recognized brand after the breakout success of their first boxer brief.
A former media executive turned fashion entrepreneur\, Fran has led TomboyX with the belief that business can be a force for positive change. The company has appeared on Inc. Magazine&rsquo\;s 5000 fastest-growing companies list four times\, and Fran was named to Forbes&rsquo\; 50 Over 50 list in 2021.
After stepping away from the business in 2022\, Fran returned last year to lead a financing round and take back control of the company\, positioning TomboyX for its next era of growth and impact.
Fran brings to every conversation a founder&rsquo\;s perspective on leadership\, resilience\, brand purpose\, and building companies that challenge convention while creating real cultural change.
