What is WEBS?
Washington&rsquo\;s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) is an internet-based bid notification system hosted by the Department of Enterprise Services (DES). Many state agencies and educational institutions use WEBS to notify businesses of contracting opportunities based on the commodity codes you select.
