Conveniently located inside Seattle's new Convention Center across from the Paramount Theater, Bombo Italian Kitchen serves modern Italian cuisine with seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients. Chef Ethan Stowell's trademark house-made pasta and traditional oven-baked pizzas are the cornerstones of a service that includes lunch, happy hour, and dinner. Two bars with craft cocktails, beer, and wine operate within Bombo and at The Bar at Bombo located downstairs from the main space.
