You don’t have to do this alone. There are resources for you no matter what stage of burnout you are in.
Here you will find what you need for recognition, prevention and recovery.
Recognition identifies your symptoms. Many have become normalized. You have learned to tolerate and they’ve become part of you but cause suffering. You don’t need to suffer, it can end.
Prevention is when you take your control back. Whether you see it all around or you’re currently in the depths of it or climbing your way out of it. Repeating cycles of burnout doesn’t have to be your story.
Recovery doesn’t have to be alone. There is supportive community, tools and guidance for you.
Nurses and those who work in healthcare are my passion. There is always space in my calendar for those who do not work in healthcare as no one should suffer alone.
