Shikorina was founded by Hana Yohannes in 2020. Hana has always been passionate about pastry making— seeing the joy her pastries spark in others is what drove her to start this business.

All of our pastries are made in-house, with the finest ingredients we can get our hands-on. This means that 100% of our ingredients are organic, sourced in the Puget Sound, and/or fair-trade. At Shikorina, we put extra effort into making our menu inclusive of different diets and food allergies. We offer nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan options.
