Free CPR Training with Jen Carl, PhD
Join GSBA and Jen Carl, PhD, for a free interactive CPR training hosted at Seattle Central. The training will be taught by instructors from the Seattle Fire Department and hosted by Jen Carl, PhD. This hands-on session is designed to help participants build confidence, learn essential life-saving skills, and better understand how to respond during a cardiac emergency.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of CPR, practice key techniques, and complete the training with full Child/Infant & Adult CPR Certification.
- A free, interactive, hands-on CPR training experience
- Hands-on instruction from certified Seattle Fire Department instructors
- Opportunities to practice CPR techniques in a supportive environment
- Greater confidence in responding during a cardiac emergency
- A welcoming space to learn life-saving skills alongside fellow community members
