Join GSBA and Jen Carl, PhD, for a free interactive CPR training hosted at Seattle Central. This hands-on session is designed to help participants build confidence, learn essential life-saving skills, and better understand how to respond during a cardiac emergency.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of CPR, practice key techniques, and gain practical knowledge they can carry into real-world emergency situations.
