Dates: Cohort One – Monday, July 21 & Wednesday, July 23
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM each day (both sessions required)
Learn to Support Mental Health in Your Community
Just as CPR helps someone in a physical health crisis, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) prepares you to assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. This nationally recognized certification course will equip you with the knowledge and tools to offer initial support—and connect people to appropriate care.
What You'll Learn:
Course Format:
This training includes two required components:
✅ Pre-Work (Part One): A self-paced online module (~2 hours), sent two weeks prior to the training
✅ Instructor-Led Training (Part Two): Two in-person sessions on July 21 & July 23 from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Upon completion, participants will receive a 3-year MHFA Certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
