Aluel Cellars is an Asian-, and LGBTQ-owned winery offering thoughtfully crafted, old-world–style wines made with Washington-grown grapes. Founded by Samuel Hilbert and Alex Oh—industry veterans who turned years of experience into a passion project—Aluel Cellars has been part of Capitol Hill since opening its first tasting room in 2016.

At the Capitol Hill location, guests are invited to slow down and enjoy a curated selection of small-batch wines paired with artisanal cheeses and gourmet small bites in a relaxed, welcoming setting. In 2022, Aluel Cellars expanded with a second tasting room in Ballard, bringing their wines and community-centered approach to even more Seattle wine lovers.
