My name is Mx. Aera Barnette, LMT.

I'm a medically-focused massage therapist, health coach, and evidence-based practitioner with almost a decade of experience.

I have helped people with various disabilities and chronic pain conditions over the years, including EDS, Fibromyalgia, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Carpal Tunnel, Whiplash (Acute and Chronic) and Autism, as well as those who are immunocompromised.
Other things I do: I write articles about Supplements/Nootropics from a grounded science-backed perspective. No quackery here! As a health coach I help people understand their issues with Methylation, Genetics, and other issues, while referring them to great providers who have the credentials to help them further. I am not a doctor and I do not prescribe anything.

Health Coaching is included if desired during massage sessions, but is usually online, where I also teach you self massage/self care techniques for your unique situation. My Youtube channel has class recordings on it to view for free as well.
Our space is Scent Free, Masks Required, we use ASHRAE (WHO-standard) level HEPA filtration and monitor CO2 levels, Cleaning agents used are unscented, and low/no impact for MCAS, Asthma, MCS while being effective at killing COVID-19, Monkeypox, Flu, Rhinovirus, Measles, and more.

I truly and deeply understand the nuances of being in chronic pain from an evidence-based perspective, and it is my passion and desire to support individuals in reaching better baselines so they can embrace more life, as well as to not feel isolated during these times.
