In my 25 years of corporate experience, I've uncovered a passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting future leaders. My commitment to serving extended as the Chair for a Women’s Leadership ERG where we encouraged members to "Lead from Every Chair." My approach is a unique blend of directness, generosity, and compassion, focusing on Leadership & Career Development. Clients will deepen their understanding of who they are, learn to operate from areas of strength, and grow or mitigate areas of opportunity. 

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach with an ACC designation through the International Coaching Federation. I am Dare to Lead© trained and a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
