Jordie V Neth, CPA

Jordie worked in the financial and tax sector for 20+ years and is striving to hit 40+ years assisting clients. His range of expertise covers everything from tax preparation to securing business sales and acquisitions. He's assisted clients with divorces and ensuring the parties involved are treated fairly; gone to bat for clients against taxing authorities; been the defining leader in many a sales and acquisition process for clients, handling the meetings with the lawyers and accountants involved.

With a connection first philosophy, Jordie strives to understand the clients on a more personal level than just what the numbers say. In reality, your finances are more than just the numbers on a screen. They are trying to buy a new house, preparing for higher education, expanding a business or just getting started and so much more.

And when Jordie isn't working you can find him in the wilderness of WA state as he camps, star gazes, and plays with his dog, Moose.

Finn Daire

Finn has worked in operations, management, and human resources for 6 years. Their expertise is focused on efficiency, streamlined processes, cost analysis, implementation, training, and employee retention.

Having worked with clients from all stages of running a business, Finn has experience assisting clients just starting out and learning what authorities and regulations are relevant to expanding or improving an existing business to getting ready to sell!

With a people first philosophy, Finn strives to understand both the needs of the business and the people who run it, finding the pain point or bottleneck to truly be addressed. Despite what some will sell you, efficiency is not always about everyone working faster nor is it about using a certain product. You need a system that works for you, your team, and your business model. You need proper coverage and redundancies along with your streamlining. This is where finding the pain point or bottleneck comes in. Is turnover too high? Are there too many mistakes going to clients? Is there too much apathy among the team? These and more require a specialized touch to ensure changes take root, are understood by all, are well communicated, and have buy-in from all involved.
