Marination brings "Everyday Aloha" to Seattle through its unique Hawaiian-Asian cuisine, serving the community since 2009. What began as Seattle's sauciest food truck has grown into multiple beloved brick-and-mortar locations across the city, including spots in Alki Beach, downtown Seattle, Columbia City and two stalls in T-Mobile Park. Beyond their restaurant locations, Marination offers catering for events of all sizes, and event venues at both their Ma Kai (Alki Beach) and Columbia City locations, making them a go-to choice for private events, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations.

We are a 100% LGBTQ+, women, and minority owned company.  All of our senior managers and well over 50% of our teams are also one or more of these distinctions.
