Women’s sports as second string? Not here. And not anymore. We stand for equality in sports–in play, in pay, in everything. We rally loud and proud. And we’ve built a home to match, a place that’s welcoming, inclusive, inspiring and, most importantly, fun. Whether you’re looking for a new game-day tradition, alumni event, after-practice dinner with the family or an overtime catch up, we invite all fans of all ages to join us to watch ALL the sports.

We cheer for women. The ones who dig in, play hard, fall down, get back up and keep on going. The ones who call their own shots. The ones who break backboards and records and glass ceilings. 

We play women’s sports on big screens with full sound, served up with good food and good friends. We’ve got a seat for every fan who wants to tune in and turn it up–no matter if that’s on the court or the pitch, college or pro, icon or underdog. 

From the moment you walk in ‘til long after the game ends, you’ll feel it. We’re on her team. And yours and everyone’s. That’s how we level the playing field, cheering for women and athletes everywhere who sweat for and swear by what they believe in.

Rough & Tumble’s Flagship is the OG. She swung her doors open to the best women’s sports city in the world and its fans in 2022. She’s located in the exact center of Historic Old Ballard—we like to say she IS the heartbeat. With her 30 foot high ceilings, bay windows that open to Salmon Bay, the best deck in Seattle, life size cutouts of your favorite iconic athletes (hi Megan, Jess, and Lu… and Rosie too!), and a rotating memorabilia collection that’s museum-worthy, this is the mecca.
