 Trip Overview:

An inclusive 14-night adventure through Ecuador's Andes, Amazon, and the Galapagos Islands, designed for travelers of all abilities. Planet Abled ensures accessibility with trained buddies, adapted transport, off-road wheelchairs, and flexible support.

 Ecuador Andes & Amazon Tour (Sept 17–27) – 11 Days

Highlights:

• Explore Quito, its colonial old town, and the equator at the “Middle of the World.”

• Cross the Andes through 7 climate zones, reaching the Amazon basin.

• Stay at Huasquila Amazon Lodge with visits to indigenous communities, a chocolate plantation, rainforest hike, river rafting, and wildlife experiences.

• Discover Baños, with its waterfalls, cable cars, volcano views, and markets.

• Visit the archaeological ruins at Ingapirca, the charming city of Cuenca, and hike in Cajas National Park.

• Journey to the Ecuadorian coast, stopping at banana/cocoa farms before ending in Guayaquil.

 Galapagos Extension (Sept 27–30) – 4 Days

Highlights:

• Fly to San Cristóbal Island for snorkeling with sea lions and turtles at La Loberia Beach.

• Visit the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center and kayak with blue-footed boobies, pelicans, and sea lions.

• Snorkel at Kicker Rock, home to rays, sharks, and vibrant marine life.

• Enjoy a scenic hike, a visit to the Interpretation Center, and beach time before flying out from Quito.

• Manual transfers with assistance; off-road wheelchair use for hikes.
