Grow & Thrive is a structured mentor program with expert guidance and advice, perfect for any business owner who wants to take their business to the next level. Participants create a strategy for growth by charting a path to future success with 3–5-year objectives using their financial statements, operating manuals, marketing materials, and more. You will also identify issues, refine your business model, and evaluate current operations to determine your path forward. The course concludes with pitch presentations before a panel of business professionals.

This course is designed for business owners who have been in business at least a year and are averaging over $25,000 in annual sales, or who have completed the Launch & Grow program. Across seven 3-hour sessions over 12 weeks, you’ll work with subject-area experts, mentors, and business coaches to design a strategic growth plan, while networking with peers in a small cohort.

Course Fee: $299, includes materials. Each participant should budget 9–12 hours per session (2.5 hours class time plus 7–9 hours of pre- and post-work). Sessions 1–6 meet every 2 weeks.
