Put on your most fabulous holiday attire or your ugliest holiday sweater - there's definitely going to be a contest - and celebrate with us as we get our gift shopping done at our small business pop-up market, share a meal, and celebrate the successes of the previous year. 

Pop-Up Market Hours: 10:30am-Noon 

Luncheon begins at 12pm

The last 15 minutes of the event will include the GSBA Annual Meeting where our Board of Directors will discuss the past year, and the future including confirmation of the slate of candidates for Director positions. 

Luncheon Menu

Lunch includes fresh warm rolls and butter, freshly brewed coffee, and hot tea. 

Salad Course 

KYOTA GINGER SESAME NOODLE SALAD, (VG, VEG, GF)
Napa lettuce, sugar snap peas, julienne carrots, green onions, sunomono cucumbers, rice stick noodles, sesame seed and ginger dressing. 

Entree 

BAKED CHICKEN DIJON ( GF )
Panko parmesan-crusted chicken breast. Yukon mashed potatoes, roasted citrus-accented broccoli.

RED QUINOA STUFFED ROASTED TOMATO (VG, VEG, GF)
Vine-ripened tomato stuffed with red quinoa accompanied by sauteed spinach with garlic, carrot puree, sauteed mushrooms, barbequed lentils, and crispy carrots.

Dessert

The elves at pop-up vendor, Street Treats, will be leaving a take away dessert at every place setting.
