About Flight Wine+Chocolate

Flight Wine + Chocolate,founded by David Wildman and Kevin Morton, is a venture rooted in their shared love for fine food, wine, and family. David’s wine journey began with a charity dinner at The Herbfarm in Woodinville, leading him to become a Washington Wine Ambassador and join DeLille Cellars in 2011. Kevin’s passion for wine was ignited in 2009 during a music camp at Whitman College in Walla Walla, where he experienced a transformative barrel tasting. Their bond strengthened through visits to tasting rooms across the Northwest and bountiful family dinners in Kirkland, where Kevin’s fascination with chocolate making began in 2016. Recognizing the parallels between wine and chocolate craftsmanship, they envisioned a tasting room that combined both. Thus, Flight Wine + Chocolate was born, offering a curated selection of Washington wines and handmade chocolates in an inviting setting. The name reflects Washington’s aviation heritage and evokes a sense of adventure, aiming to create a neighborhood getaway where guests can explore and savor fine wine and chocolate together.
