You’ll sample a curated selection of non-alcoholic wines and learn how to use them as the foundation for beautifully balanced, complex cocktails. Together, we’ll create a Champagne-style cocktail inspired by a French 75 and watch a New York Sour–inspired mocktail come to life—showcasing how NA wine brings depth, structure, and visual drama to the glass.
