A morning to reflect, grow and lean-in to your unique leadership qualities, the annual Women In Leadership Breakfast features engaging panel and keynote discussions on relevant topics facing professionals today.

  • Now in its twelfth year, The Seattle Sports Commission has hosted this Breakfast as a way to build community and provide a space for meaningful dialogue on the importance of diversifying and developing leaders.
  • All are invited, and necessary, to challenge their personal and professional growth to become better leaders, mentors, and allies.

2024 Theme: Turning Moments Into Momentum Leveraging opportunities that create pathways to success.

We all experience game-changing moments in our lives. Under the theme "Turning Moments into Momentum," the event explores how to seize opportunities that propel leaders forward, both personally and professionally. Thought leaders across sports, entertainment and business share their unique perspectives and offer takeaways meant to inspire and motivate.


The program lineup features:

  • panel on the business case for investing in women’s sports
  • panel on the influence gap and how to address
  • sports equity huddle with former athletes discussing the effects of visibility on viability
  • closing remarks that emphasize the importance of using your voice to vote
  • Women In Leadership Breakfast will also feature the announcement of WISE Seattle’s Women of Inspiration Award winner
