On July 25, at a *special morning time* we are joined by Phebe Rossi (She/Her), Owner of PRNW Consulting and Founder of Nuflours.

Join us for an inspiring and lively morning conversation about building a successful company from the ground up, selling that company, and shifting to consulting for other businesses.

Phebe founded Nuflours baked goods company, building a successful business from a solo venture to a recognized leader in the gluten free baked goods market space. From brand launch to strategic sale, she created a social mission driven women-owned company; and grew Nuflours into a recognized Pacific Northwest brand.

Phebe offers a portfolio of consulting services.

• Process Improvement: Develop and streamline systems and processes to drive operational efficiency
• Implement strategies to support business development objectives
• Engage with team members and stakeholders to support long-term strategies
• Business Policy Development
• Business planning and strategy
• Assess business operations and financial strategy alignment for sustainable growth

She also functions in an advisory role to early stage entrepreneurs and business owners with a focus on women and minority individuals. Expertise focus on operations, finance, and change management.
