Come join our team at the West Seattle Salon. We are Seattle’s only luxury Davines flagship salon in the Morgan Junction. In just one year, we have earned a great reputation in our neighborhood and the surrounding areas by providing a unique customer experience that is tailored to our customers’ specific hair care and now with the opening of our new spa, we are tailoring treatments for all your everyday skin care needs.

We are currently looking to expand our team to include new Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Hairstylists

The vibe of our salon is professional and customer-centric, where our team of hair and skin care experts have a place to deliver phenomenal results for their clients while still having fun behind the chair.

What we are looking for:

• 2 years’ experience in salon/spa at a minimum and an existing client book of business that you are ready to expand
• We are looking for stylists that are hungry for continued education and have passion to evolve and elevate their skills
• Must be comfortable with social media and have a team mentality

Our commission structure starts at 45% commission plus tips, with a 10% retail commission.

We believe our team should work in a salon & spa environment that is based on delivering elevated services and experiences for their guests, while still having fun and being able to express themselves and their work as individual artists. We celebrate our team and want them to feel encouraged to always evolve their art. We are not looking for only “the best,” we are looking for new team members that want continuous growth and new challenges.

As a team we like to have fun at work and outside of work as well with team building exercises and regular outings.
