Job Summary:
We are hiring a personal assistant for a busy family in Bellevue. The clients are looking for help with day to day tasks so they can focus on their new baby. Responsibilities would include but not limited to laundry, dishes, organization, errands, scheduling appointments and managing schedules. The ideal candidate has a good balance between following detailed directions and the ability to take initiative. Excellent communication and organization skills with the genuine love to help others.
Hours: 15+ hours per week. Two days on-site with additional remote work throughout the week. Hours are flexible but must be available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.
Location: Bellevue. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.
Start Date: ASAP.
Role Description:
Your role will involve:
Assist, organize, ensure timely completion of special projects/ vendors/ household management
Chores including laundry (folding/stowing), dishes, and tidying
Errands including picking up groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, shopping/returns as needed
Calendar management and appointment bookings
Travel planning
Maintain and follow detailed home maintenance guide, including scheduling appointments for gutter cleaning, HVAC service, sprinkler blowouts, etc.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
