HOURS OF WORK:   This role is 15 hours a week, within the time frame of Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm. The clients are flexible and the schedule will be confirmed at the time of hire.  

LOCATION: Current positions available in Madrona, Kirkland and South Lake Union, WA.  This is an on-site position, candidates must live in the Seattle area.

COMPENSATION PER HOUR: $28-31/hr BOE

START DATE: ASAP

Executives, business owners and busy professionals hire us to manage their household errands, chores, and projects. We add more ease to our client's lives, allowing them to focus on their family, careers, and more of what they love. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a personal assistant who can assist in creating a calm, tidy environment for our clients. The ideal candidate for this role is friendly, a strong communicator,  and can take initiative to improve and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Types of tasks can include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with special projects/ vendors/ household management.

  • Chores including laundry, making beds, dishes, and tidying

  • Meal prep such as chopping vegetables and  prepping snacks and lunches

  • Help implement efficient organizational systems throughout the house. 

  • Errands, including donations drop offs, shopping, returns, etc. 

  • Maintain and follow detailed home maintenance guide, including scheduling appointments for gutter cleaning, HVAC service, sprinkler blowouts, etc. 


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

  • Hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for client errands

  • Comfortable around dogs.
