ThinkAloud Coaching & Consulting is seeking a freelance web designer to help complete a professional Squarespace website for an executive coaching and leadership development practice.

The majority of the content has already been written, and logos, branding elements, and photography are available. I’m looking for someone who can bring everything together into a clean, modern, and engaging website that reflects a premium coaching brand and creates an excellent experience for prospective clients.

Project Scope

• Complete the design and development of an existing Squarespace website
• Organize and format existing content for clarity and visual appeal
• Ensure the design aligns with the existing logo and brand identity
• Optimize the site for desktop and mobile devices
• Recommend minor UX improvements where appropriate
• Assist with launch and any final refinements

Ideal Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing Squarespace websites
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for simplicity and clean layouts
• Experience with coaching, consulting, professional services, or personal brands is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide thoughtful design recommendations
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Squarespace best practices is a plus

This is an initial contract project with the opportunity for occasional ongoing work as the business grows and new programs, articles, and services are added.
