Welcome to MoonShine Wellness. Your first step in burnout recovery. 

You don’t have to do this alone. There are resources for you no matter what stage of burnout you are in. 

Here you will find what you need for recognition, prevention and recovery.  

Recognition identifies your symptoms. Many have become normalized. You have learned to tolerate and they’ve become part of you but cause suffering. You don’t need to suffer, it can end.

Prevention is when you take your control back. Whether you see it all around or you’re currently in the depths of it or climbing your way out of it. Repeating cycles of burnout doesn’t have to be your story.

Recovery doesn’t have to be alone. There is supportive community, tools and guidance for you.

Nurses and those who work in healthcare are my passion. There is always space in my calendar for those who do not work in healthcare as no one should suffer alone.

  • The Healing Huddle is held twice a month and is virtual. It’s a supportive community that fills the gap between knowing the tools that soothes your nervous system & emotions and using them. 
  • If this isn’t enough to slow your burnout cycle then please schedule a free consult session with me to discuss your options. We will discuss what resources are available and your next step. Too many options can be hard to navigate (decision fatigue is common) and I want you to access the best resources that work for you and your situation.
